I have a few days to catch up on! I was traveling for work last week and returned Thursday evening. Yesterday, M asked if we could make dumplings, so we did! We made pork and veggie (tofu) dumplings, fried and steamed, using homemade and store-bought wrappers. They were delicious! We made a bunch last night and then made the rest today. I think they turned out very well. M had learned how to make them in her Chinese class, and she sent a pic of our output to her teacher, who was very excited.
Last night, Frank and Addie and Sam came over for pizza (and dumplings), and then we hung out and made a fire and we watched The Green Book, which we loved. Nice cozy night in the new house.
Yesterday was the 100th day of school for N. Here he is in the green shirt with the 100 rainbow loom rubber bands. By the time he got home, a few had fallen off, so he pulled the rest off and the shirt is now history. We saw a sweet video posted by Ms. Goodwin of all of the kids parading around in their shirts. Some were very cute; N's was the cutest.
A is in rehearsal overdrive. She went to some long ITW rehearsals last week, and this weekend she is at back to back 5 hour rehearsals for her Dance Ensemble show next week. She will be very happy to be finished.
