Erev Camp Louise

M&A are leaving for camp tomorrow! We are very sad to see them go. A will be gone for 2 weeks and M will be gone for 3. This is my least favorite time of year. 

The girls are appreciative of the in-person bon voyage visits they received today from Grandma Sandy, Grampy and Imogene. Lots of people wishing them well!

Before they left they made Daddy a birthday cake, and tonight we celebrated a few days early.

We are mostly packed, though I just discovered that their sleeping bags smell yucky so I hope that we can wash and dry them in the next 8 hours before we leave.

Daddy and N made a list of all of N's favorite things about our trip to Greece. Here it is:

– Parthenon.  Even if it was really hot and I was complaining.  It was so cool.  I loved it was from a long time ago; kind of like a ruin.

– The Temple of Poseidon (God of the Sea).  I liked the ruins in the background.
– Sunsets in Santorini (of course).  They were really pretty.  My favorite one was when we were at the pool in Santorini.
– Going in the pool in Santorini.
– Being able to be with Grandma and Grandpa.
– The pool at the Stone Villa.
– Hanging out with Ben.
– View of the Caldera from our home in Santorini.
– Going to the beach in Marathonas.
– All the food made by the "cookers."
– The huge ice cream cone in Athens by Da Vinci.
– The boat ride in the Caldera and seeing the volcano.
– Sleeping with Mommy & Daddy in Copenhagen
– My own bedroom at Stone Villa Castle
– Hanging out with my sisters and them being nice to me
– Getting souvenirs — Santorini model, t-shirt, glasses
