So… GDS now virtual through Nov. 1 at least. Disappointing but not unexpected. Now we wait for Sidwell to announce the same thing.

This is our last week at home pre-vacation. Lots to plan and finish before we leave. I think we are all excited to get to NC!

Exciting update: a hummingbird showed up at our bird feeder tonight! That was a nice surprise during dinner.

A went to Potomac tonight to her friend Rashi's house. She said she ate a lot of junk food there, but that it was fun. Charlotte went too.

Nats played its first NL East team tonight – the Mets. August 4.

M and N and I got frozen yogurt in Bethesda tonight. That was the first time we've done anything like that all summer and it felt kind of normal, minus the gloves and mask and waiting for the people in the store to leave before we went in.

Sigh.
