Today was a very busy day but exciting for a number of reasons.

A had a soccer game this morning. Her team won, and she had a fantastic assist. She kicked the ball to Ellie, who scored. Final score was 4-2 but for most of the game it was 4-0. N enjoyed the game – he played at the playground and slid down the slide into the mud. (End of outfit #1).

M had baseball practice this AM – a special Saturday morning clinic. 

Then the girls were off to ballet. N went for a walk with me and sat in the dirt and played with it for about 10 minutes. (End of outfit #2).

After ballet we were off to M's game. Because she was so late (ballet overlapped with the game), she didn't have an at  bat today. We stayed after to watch the 4th grade Tigers play too.

After the game, we went to a home visit for Lucky Dog. The girls were very helpful in reminding me of questions that I had forgotten.

Then N woke up from a 3+ hour nap, and Daddy took the kids to pick up some napkins and tablecloths for the girls' birthday. They picked purple because it matches their CD labels and covers.

Then Julia was dropped off here and we all met at dinner at Potomac Pizza. That was fun, and afterwards, we hung out at the fountain outside. N played in the water a little (end of outfit #3) and saw a fire truck with waving firemen.

Tonight, the girls are watching Mean Girls with Julia, who is sleeping over. 

Tomorrow they have to get up early for a field trip for Sunday School that leaves at 8AM. Sigh.
