Sometimes the girls help me when I am putting together my grocery list. They read me the item on the list, and I tell them whether to check it off or not. Sometimes we have to add things that aren't on the printed list, so they have to write the items in. I love when they write the list, because it makes me smile when I am shopping (which is hard to do, because I HATE grocery shopping more than almost any other activity).

We all wrote on it in various places. It just makes me smile because it is so cute.

Back to school today. We weren't first in line, but we weren't late either. Now that it's so cold out, I am finding that fewer kids are waiting in line outside.
