We had a fun and uneventful Halloween today.

N's parade was very cute. I stopped at his classroom beforehand and got to see the class singing some cute Halloween songs. N seems to be a favorite among the ladies in Yellow Base. He was very easy to spot in the parade because of his yellow costume.

Tonight we went trick-or-treating in the neighborhood. I took the kids out (with Ellie) and Daddy met us and trick-or-treated for a while with us, until N got tired and wanted to go home. They all got a good haul. I am so glad the girls wanted me to be with us and not off by themselves. We ran into a few groups of their friends who were sans parents, and I was so grateful that I was with them!

Lots of sorting and a few trades at Ellie's and we were home by 9:30. Thank you Grandma Sandy for passing out candy here to the 6 groups who came by.

Oh, and pumpkins.
