Today is N's birthday! Our little guy has turned 1 – amazing! He's such a great little boy.

Here is what he's up to. N LOVES walking around and starts moving around as soon as he wakes up. He walks all around the upstairs, and then he walks all around the downstairs. He likes to pick things up and move them from place to place. He loves his blocks, anything that stacks, Lucky, the letters on his wall, some of his books ("That's Not My Bear/Dog/etc." and "Dear Zoo" and "Goodnight Gorilla" and a few others). He loves his bath toys and likes to move them from the tub to the floor, from the tub to the soap holder, and the reverse. He likes his push toys and anything that moves with wheels. He got a little inchworm today for his birthday that slides around the floor and he loves it too!

He's a great eater. With the exception of some baby food pouches, there is very little that he won't eat. He loves to sit in his high chair and snack and munch, except when he is throwing food overboard for Lucky.

N is the SWEETEST baby – he's so affectionate and gentle and an all-around sweetie. We all love him so much!

Tonight we had dinner with Grandma Sandy and Aunt Tequila in honor of Grandma's birthday. We ate outside on the deck and had grilled salmon – delicious. Daddy was in NY in the afternoon and evening for his law school reunion, but he was home for when the little boy woke up!

I am exhausted and need to get some rest in advance of the party tomorrow! More soon about N and what he's up to, but here are a few pics from today:
