The girls have flown west. A left today to return to school, and M flew to Aspen for a few days with her HS friends, and from there she will go to Southern California (and see A!) and then to Lake Tahoe with a Princeton Chabad (!) trip. They are all packed up and gone, and the house is quieter now. We miss them!!! N and Dad and I are watching the Golden Globes. (The Pitt just won – again!)
It was a great winter break with all the kids here. Some of my highlights:
Lots of fun dinners. The most recent was last night at Buck’s. We also had the Bais and Grandma Sandy over for dinner on Friday night, which was fun. But we had good dinners all break, whether in FL or at our kitchen table.
Visits to the store. I always love when the kids come to the store, even if it just for a quick hi.
Games. Celebrity, Scattergories, Hues and Cues, Wavelength, CDSK… we played them all this break. Oh and A and N played Wii Sports Resort (and M&A revisited all of their old Mii friends).

Hobart: Lots of time petting, moving, cuddling, discussing and analyzing the cutest pup in the world.
Grandparents: The kids spent a lot of time with my parents over break here in DC, and also saw the NY grandparents in December.
Shopping: Everyone is going home with some new stuff, including some random light things that project colored waves onto the ceiling
There is so much more but those are some highlights for me. Miss you, girls!
