N went to HoopEd camp today at Lafayette because there was no school. I asked him to rank it, with 1 being the worst thing he's ever done and 10 being the best thing he's ever done, and he gave it a 3. 

He said he was stuck with kindergartners and pre-K'ers for some challenge and his team didn't win and they didn't get Gatorade. 

Sigh.

He had his second baseball practice tonight. He needs to work on not running from he ball when it is thrown to him and not throwing it into the dirt when he throws it back. He did get a "single" (he was technically out but the coaches wanted them to practice running bases so he ran anyway). It was a good hit!

A has had a full week back at school this week, though she has Monday off. M has only been back three days, but then she's looking at 7 weeks of 5 day weeks so she's not happy. Many tests coming up too. She still hasn't quit travel soccer – she doesn't want to quit, but she doesn't want to play, either.
