I am sitting in McDonald's while the girls are at ballet class. Thankful for iPhone hotspot, which is allowing me to get stuff done while I wait.

Recent news:

• A has been selected as a math tutor for a second grader. She is so excited! She got to meet her "tutee" today, and she was very happy. Apparently the tutee is named Jacquelyn and she was excited to get paired up for some extra math help.
• Both M and A are running for class representative from their class. Elections are tomorrow. A isn't sure whether anyone else is running from the girls in her class (one boy and one girl are elected) but we will find out tomorrow. Last year, she was an alternate.
• Both girls are doing book reports on Crow Indians. A's is due tomorrow and M's is due a week from tomorrow. A has written her report and will do her poster tonight. M is still doing index cards and will start her written report next week.
• Little boy pooped in the tub last night.
• Little boy likes The Wiggles better than Sesame Street.
• Our friend Gloria took some photos of the kids (and a few of us) on Monday. The few we've seen so far are beautiful – will post when we get the final versions.
• M&A went with Grandma S last night to see Sleeping Beauty at the Kennedy Center. They said that it was a little weird, but they had a good time.
• It's dark and cold, which makes me glad that baseball and soccer are done.
