Tonight, we kicked off the M&A 2010 Reading Challenge, which entails reading all of the books on their bookshelf. If we decide we don't like a book, we will give it away. We will also write the date, and put a sticker, inside each book we read. Tonight we read Horton Hatches an Egg and Clifford The Little Red Puppy. (The latter was a favorite of the girls when they were younger.) Both books are keepers.

M wants me to make her a list of the specific things she needs to do every day so that she can get her allowance. She is extremely motivated.

Day #1 back to school went well. A was very excited to do her homework tonight.
