Today is the end of a long week. It's gorgeous weather here and tonight after the kids had dinner, we went to BBM for ice cream. We ended up sitting there for a while talking to Kim and Olivia, and earlier in the afternoon Alexa had gone to BBM also to meet Olivia and some of her friends from Sidwell. Now we're home watching the Nats and gearing up for an early Saturday morning when N has an 8AM soccer game.

We got this sweet note from N's teacher today:

Wow, Nate ran the whole morning message today! It’s very involved- reading the message, fixing mistakes, calling on peers (not easy as there are a lot of steps to keep track of) He did everything perfectly and the class was very engaged!

It’s been so exciting to watch his growth this year and very proud of his leadership today!
