Dad has gone to India for 5 nights and N and I are home together doing fun stuff. He didn't have school today, so we've had time together. He had a birthday party at Shepherd Park with lots of other boys and sports/games. He had a remote piano lesson with Grandma because he has a cold and we wanted to be safe. And then we went out to dinner at Blue and went to a movie! In a theater! We saw The Fabelmans (it's Oscar season). It was not a good movie, in my opinion. N was a little less harsh than I was.

N has a playdate with Charlie and a sleepover (or sleepunder?) with Ayan.

Meanwhile Dad has flown from Delhi to Jaipur and A is in freezing NYC. I got to see her twice this week, which was really nice. We had breakfast Wed and a late dinner on Mon. And she went to a Knicks game!

Maddie's RD is in town and will be heading back to Taiwan next week. I'm sending some stuff to her – meds, gifts for her families in Taiwan, mostly – via the RD so we're driving down to Navy Yard in the AM to drop it off.
