Tonight didn't go as planned.

We had 4 tix to see the Nats vs Braves that we gave the girls for their birthday (purchased months ago). Right at 6:15PM, we had a HUGE storm that ripped through the DC area. Torrential rain, winds,  thunder and lightning. The game was delayed and we ended up not going. Imogene left around 8, and that meant we couldn't go because of N. Turns out the game didn't start until 9:15. I am so bummed we missed it – I was really looking forward to going and spending the evening at the Park with the girls and Daddy. Oh well – not much (= anything) you can do when the weather won't cooperate. 

It's not a bad game either – Nats are up 3-0 and Spannie had a double in the first inning.

Still bummed.

N had a good second day of camp and the girls are enjoying Summer Intensive, even though it is hard and they come home tired. Tomorrow they start Musical Theater.

Tomorrow is Crazy Hat day at Adventure Camp. Maybe he will wear his bike helmet?
