Yesterday was N's last day at school, and today was his last day altogether. He is officially a fourth grader!
Today he kicked off summer vacation with a swim playdate with Eddy and a piano lesson. Now we're watching a (pretty dumb) movie called Yes Day.
Here is a sweet note from N's teacher:
Hello all for one last time!
I can’t believe that this year is over. We have been through a lot together- virtual to partial in person learning- and I can’t thank you enough for the support you have given me through it all. Truly, our students would not be where they are today without your overwhelming support at home. These students grew in ways that other years they would never have to. They are leaving third grade stronger and completely ready for all that fourth grade has in store. I am sad to see this wonderful group of students go because each one of them has made this 2020-2021 school year that much better.
Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for the support you have given through this year.
Best,
Ms. Hammersla
