This was one crazy weekend!

Two performances – one yesterday at 2 and one today at 1. The girls also participated in the Nutcracker Tea, which wasn't as fun today as last year. Daddy and Imogene went to yesterday's performance, and I did makeup, so we were all at the Warner. The show was great, as always!

There were also parties. I had my work holiday party on Friday night, then a Discovery party afterwards. Late and long night. And then Daddy and I went to a "Santasy Island" party where we had to dress up as our fantasy selves. Daddy went as himself because he loves his life. 🙂 I went as Joan Jett.

Also the girls went to see a play with Grandma and Stu on Saturday night. It was Beauty and the Beast and it was performed by a special group that does plays with no dialogue. The girls liked it but also thought it was a little weird. 

We've had a few babysitters and lots of moving parts and a few errands and holiday shopping too. Lots going on. 

Little N has been talking up a storm. Yesterday, I went to get bagels, and when I got home I told Daddy I had gotten him whitefish salad at the fish store. Then N kept saying he wanted to go to the fish store (I think he was thinking of Petsmart). He told us over and over that he wanted to go to the fish store. Then this morning, I was measuring Daddy's belt size, and N said that he wanted to get a belt too. I asked him what color he wanted, and he said yellow. I asked him where he would wear the yellow belt, and he said "I wear the yellow belt to the fish store!"

Daddy took N to the "fish store" tonight – Petsmart- and they had a great time.
