Some new books arrived for N today from Amazon. A board book of his favorite book, Chicka Chicka Boom Boom, to replace the paperback, which is falling apart. (It was M&A's). I handed it to him and he said, "Boom Boom!" He then flipped through and said "Oh no!" at the part where the letters all fell down.

The other books: a food alphabet book with lots of fruits and vegetables (he was confused at how many looked like apples and apricots), a Dr. Seuss alphabet book, and a book about trains and one about planes. He loves them! We only read them once because I had to go out tonight, but he enjoyed them. I've never seen a toddler who likes books as much as he does. SO CUTE.

Girls have a place value quiz tomorrow. They seem well-prepared.
