Today was Opening Day! I picked N up from school at 1130 and we went to Nats Park. We made it in time to see the teams lined up, the massive flag unfurled, and the fighter jets cross the sky. It was freezing in the shade, warm in the shifting sun, and overall a bad game. On the subway ride down, we made predictions about the final score of the game. I said 7-2, N said 6-1. Final score? 7-2.

We leave tomorrow AM for Turks & Caicos! So weird to be traveling without the girls. We will really miss them.
