It was a lovely weekend here with the Feldman clan in town for Passover. We had a great Seder here, and it was nice having a room big enough for everyone to eat together! There was a cousins table, and the kids did a great job with the service. There were two afikomens and the bigs found one and the littles found the other. All in all, a very pleasant and yummy Seder!
Yesterday most of the group went on a private tour of the African American museum which they said was great. In the afternoon we had an Easter egg hunt here – a first for all of us – which was really fun. Everyone found ten eggs and 2 people got the golden eggs, which had money in them. The rest had candy. Last night we had dinner here – a second Passover minus the Seder part – and hung out and played piano and talked.
Everyone left today – D&O on a flight this afternoon, R&D when D&O left, and D&J&S&E late morning to head to Annapolis. The weather was gorgeous all weekend and we got to spend some nice time outside. And Deb made a lot of matza brei for breakfast this AM, which was yummy. So it was a very fun weekend – busy and tiring, but fun. Thanks to everyone for making the trek to DC for the holiday!!
Tequila took a bunch of nice pics, so here are some of the ones she sent.
ALSO – N's third tooth fell out today. No more Snaggletooth! Back to school for him tomorrow.
