Here is the funny story from Trader Joe's last night. M and I went for a late shopping trip, around 8 PM last night. When we got there, one of the people working there told us that if we find a stuffed monkey with a TJs tag on it, we win a prize. (She is hidden somewhere in the store.) M and I are both good finders, and we love a challenge, so off we went. We didn't find her right away, but then the same guy gave us a little hint, and we found her. M was so excited. She told him that she found the monkey, but that if it involved a prize, she needed to bring one home for her sister too. (AWWWW.) Then she asked me if I could help pick out a prize for A if it involved a color choice, since maroon is A's favorite color (this week) and M wasn't sure what maroon was. M ended up getting a chocolate bar, and got a second for A. SO CUTE. Then we hid the monkey again, behind some olive oil. I wonder if she has been found yet? We had such a good time at the store together.
Here are some pics from Daddy's birthday celebration on Sunday:
The Trader Joe story was really cute. The photos of Dan’s birthday are great. Everyone looks happy and terrific. M and A seem to be having a wonderful time. Again, happy birthday, Dan.
Love,
Aunt Ann
