The girls had a very busy, active day today. M had softball practice for an hour and a half, then they went to a birthday party in Rock Creek Park, then they had soccer games – M played goalie in two games and A played in the first one, and then A had rehearsal for 2 1/2 hours. Everyone in this house is beat! N hung out in RCP with me for a while and also went to the soccer games. It's been a long day!

And I am beat because we actually had a dinner party here tonight! A rarity. We had the Levines over for dinner, who are in town from Seattle.
