It is Wednesday and I meant to post the last two days but was too tired at night. We had a really nice weekend in Shohola with the family. The weather was great and we spent lots of time outside on the dock, in the lake, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and swimming, We had a fun dinner and lots of yummy desserts. And ice cream to send us out of town! It was very relaxing and we had a nice time!! Sadly, Olivia got covid and tested positive the day after we left, which was a big bummer. Thankfully no one else has tested positive, which is crazy because she spent so much time in the car with the rest of her family. Phew.
This week, N has been doing a young entrepreneurs camp at the Sidwell lower school. It's for kids who like Shark Tank, which we know N does. His business plan, which he will present tomorrow, is a pencil that doesn't get shorter, that demonstrates proper finger positioning, that has an everlasting eraser, and that costs $3.99. It's called Pencil Hacks. He will present the business plan on Friday.
M&A have been working this week and seeing friends and generally enjoying one of the dwindling weeks of pre-college summer. We leave for Europe on Sunday!
Here are some pics from the weekend:
Finally, N and I went to the last Nats game with Soto in a Nats uniform, on Monday night. He hit a HR off Max Scherzer and also had three walks. We will really miss him.
