The update from here:

1) Happy birthday Uncle Jonathan (M), who turned 50 today!

2) Girls went to shadow day at Sidwell today. A LOVED LOVED LOVED it and wants to go there. M loved it too but still isn't sure where she wants to go. She has to decide soon! Next week is GDS and NCS and tomorrow night M will meet with the athletic director at GDS. Sidwell was quite impressive.

3) N isn't feeling well again. Such a bummer. Hopefully he will be able to go to school tomorrow. He had a piano lesson today and here was the report from the piano teacher:

Nate got two stickers and a reward for a good lesson—a postcard.  Of all the stickers he’s received he understood   the postcard resembled the sticker of a Renoir.  We talked about their similarities.

I hope to get him a nice box to collect the postcards in.

He learned the scale of A and can name the three sharps that go with the scale.

We also talked about major and minor.

Next week is a big one;  the staff appears and notes on lines!

4) We have a CRAZY Saturday coming up! MCPOM consignment sale  + soccer tournament in VA + N basketball/birthday party at ZavaZone + A rehearsal + Nats ticket draft. Crazy day.
