The news from here!
N had a good soccer game today. His team (undefeated) met their match and were down 2-0 for the first half but ended up winning 4-3. N played some offense today too. It was a beautiful day and Tuvana came and watched most of the game. It was really nice to see her and N was sad when she left!
He's wearing this shirt tonight so that the Mets will lose. It's working.
Also I took N to DSW en route home from his game to look at shoes (for him). We wandered to the women's boots and he wanted to try on this JLo knee-high boot, which he thought was funny:
Dad has left for Japan. He's still in the air. Sounds like flying business class isn't too bad. He will be back on Saturday.
A is still in Montclair! She turned in her first college paper today. I asked her what it was about, and she said. "Relating an Edgar Degas piece to a question in an essay by Mark Doty".
M said that she is "Currently on the MRT to chiang kai shek memorial hall (presidential palace) to see the National Day celebrations." Dad had a nice long FaceTime with her last night but I had to go to bed.
As for me, I ran the Army Ten Miler this AM! It was a beautiful day and the race went well. A little faster than my usual. Thank you Grampy for coming over to stay with N after Dan left and before I got home.
How comfy does H look?
