P-T conferences for M today. They went great! And I really liked her teachers a lot. She had the day off (and tomorrow too) and had a friend over to work on a science project. They made a smoothie filled with food items containing thiamine. Those food items included: oats, milk, asparagus, yeast, beans, pasta, dried milk, potatoes, rice, kale, orange and wheat germ. She said it wasn't as bad as you'd think given that list of ingredients.
