Third Day of School

Third day of school went well. The girls got off the bus all smiles and said that it was a fun day. It started uot a little stressfully, though – two buses went by the girls' stop and didn't stop because they were so full. I ended up driving hem so they wouldn't be late. Metro is going to have to put more buses on the route! There are so many kids.

I worked from home today and was able to meet the girls at their bus when they got home. (Yay for texting!) Here are the girls coming off the bus:

We made smoothies and looked at clothes that arrived for them from Old Navy and Gap – not a bad afternoon.

Some good news for N = I went to TSNS today to drop off tuition and medical forms, and got an early look at his class list. His best friend is in his class next year! His name is Carter and he and N LOVE each other. It's the sweetest, purest friendship I have ever seen. N has talked about Carter a lot this summer and I know he will be so happy to see him again in 2 weeks. 2 others from his class next year are in his class this year.

And how cute is this? Grandma Dina saved some pajamas from when Daddy was little, and gave them to us when we were at Ron Dee Vous earlier this month. N is wearing a pair tonight! And they are baseball PJs! They are so cute. They are a little small so you can see his sweet little belly.
