Last Night at the Beach

Tomorrow we are coming home from the beach. We asked M & A if they are happy or sad to go home. M said she is happy to go home so that she can see our house and our nanny I. A said that she is sad to go home because she likes the beach house. I completely understand their conflicting feelings.

When Grandma S. came to the beach, she brought with her a gift for the girls meant for a rainy day. It’s a "Hide n’ Seek Combo" and it looks like this:

We haven’t had a rainy day since we got here, but I decided to put it together this morning. The girls enjoyed it a lot. A particularly enjoyed "popping up" in the middle circle thing (like the girl on the box), which she covered with one of the carrying bags that the toy came in, so that she looked like a jack-in-the-box as she popped up.  A & M switched off doing this over and over again, to their endless delight and amusement.

I am not sure where we will fit the Hide n’ Seek Combo on the way home.
