It's Nutcracker week around here. Today the girls had a rehearsal in the afternoon, which Grandma Sandy took them to (thank you!). She said that Septime was giving lots of direction (not that much to the soldiers) but that he was very supportive and kind. She got to see A's solo and the girls' marching from the first row.
The girls have to wear black ballet slippers and tights, which arrived today, just in time.
Tomorrow, here is the plan:
- Leave school at 12
- Eat in car
- Dropoff for dress rehearsal at 12:30 (when/where will I make buns??)
- Dress rehearsal 1:30-4:30
- "Spacing on stage" 5-6
- Report for performance 6:00
- OPENING WARNER PERFORMANCE 7-9
I can't wait to see them on the Warner stage tomorrow!!! Grandma Sandy is going tomorrow night as well, with two of her friends.
I ordered the official Nutcracker picture of the girls tonight – hopefully it will arrive tomorrow!
