Weekend at Home

We had a fun weekend – our first in town in almost a month. Yesterday, we spent three hours at the pool in the afternoon with some visitors from out of town. Tuvana and Aliya were here, so we met them at the pool and the kids (mostly) swam together. We also had friends visiting from SF, so they met us at the pool too. It was remarkably uncrowded for a beautiful summer Saturday in DC. I guess people have already departed for vacations and camp!

Today, we hung out at home in the AM and spent a few hours at Grandma Sandy's in the afternoon. The girls did some different projects from home, and then went in the sprinkler in the backyard. It was a relaxing and mellow afternoon. We had a nice dinner there too – thanks Grandma Sandy!

Tomorrow is the first day of Levine camp. Back to rushed mornings and packing lunches!

Daddy left for India today for a few days. He will be back on Wednesday.

Ready for bed. 🙂

Grandma Sandy sent me photos of M and A running through the sprinklers. So cute. Glad you finally had a relaxing day. You deserved it.
Love,
Aunt Ann
