Good news on the baseball front! The White Sox played a playoff game on Friday that was interrupted in the 4th inning with a MASSIVE downpour. I’ve never seen so much rain come down so quickly and we were soaked. The score was 2-2 thanks to a Nate Feldman RBI.
The interrupted game was continued today, and the White Sox won! Yay!! That means they move on to the semifinals on Friday and the final (if they win) on Sunday. We are in NYC this weekend so we are working that out.
This has been a really nice team, with great coaches, and we’re glad the season isn’t over yet! N also had tryouts this AM for B-CC Select for next year. We are hoping he gets drafted for a good team.
Today we had the SRAP families over to swim in our frigid pool. Here is Dad with his favorite people:
