Another busy weekend with kids headed in all directions.
M was in Boston since Thursday for Harvard Model Congress and returned home late afternoon today. She had a good time, but she's skirting the edge of a cold and didn't get much rest. She has a busy 2 days of school and then Minimester, where she's learning about Reproductive Justice. Her learner's permit arrived. We were all very happy to see her when she got home. Grampy kept me company en route to the airport and back.
A had a busy weekend. She stayed over at Charlotte's on Friday so we didn't get to see her from Friday AM until Saturday early afternoon. Then she was home for the afternoon and then went to a birthday party where they played laser tag (?!). She was around most of today and she and Daddy put up some artwork in her room and some very pretty string lights.
N had a birthday party Friday night at Nathan's, and then a pretty chill weekend. Swimming lesson, Sunday School and Cub Scout thing today. He's gotten very into experimenting with paper and textures and water, and we brought out the old recycled paper kit from when the girls were little so he could make some paper himself. He's been reading a lot too.
