It has been a very busy Monday! And a busy weekend.
The girls had a sleepover last night with their friend Amanda from camp. Amanda is the one who looks like she could be the girls' triplet:
They spent some time in Bethesda today and got matching scrunchies from Lululemon and bubble tea.
Poor Amanda got dragged along to open houses today. Zzzzzz.
N and I had lunch with Grampy and Jonathan and Rachel, who flew down for the day, at Cactus Cantina. Then N and I went back to Grampy's and watched the end of the Nats game. We won! Grampy has a television situation at his house which he needs to address so that he can enjoy Nats' victories from every room in the house.
Meanwhile, everyone arrived home from PA around dinnertime yesterday after a long and rainy ride. N didn't throw up on the way home thanks to meds mixed in with ice cream. Here are some photos from their short visit to Ron Dee Vous. The cousins had a good time together! And they had a nice dinner and got out on the lake.
We have a short (4-day) week ahead. It's Spirit Week at Lafayette, which means Field Day on Friday and various theme days during the week. N says he is not going to do Pajama Day tomorrow.
I am heading to BEA on Wednesday for 2 nights and I am very excited!
N is turning in his sea turtle diorama and report tomorrow. I'll take photos of the report tomorrow.
There are less than 2 weeks of school left! And N's birthday is next week!
