A lot happened this weekend!

Daddy left today for a week in Hong Kong. He is excited to go back to a city where he used to live, but hasn't been to in 20 years. We are all sad he's gone.

Daddy and I went to the Lafayette auction last night, even though we're in a "gap year" from Lafayette. The theme was 70s. I wore a vaguely 70s outfit and A did my hair, which I loved.

Today the girls had SS and afterwards, Alida came over for a few hours. They made mug cakes in the microwave. The cakes were very rich but yummy (or so they said!).

Yesterday the girls checked out another camp – Camp Wekeela – when its owner was in town for an alumni event. They are deciding between Wekeela and Louise, but I think they are leaning toward Louise. Wekeela looks awesome, though.

Today N got a new balloon at Child's Play. 

And finally, I ran the RnR Half Marathon yesterday! Daddy and the kids came and met me at Mile 9, which was so great. I loved seeing them! There was a band right at mile 9, and they were playing "Shut Up And Dance" right when I got there, which was perfect timing because we love that song and it reminds me of the girls!
