Welcome Home Grandma Sandy

Grandma Sandy is back from a trip and came over to have dinner with us tonight. Well, she was over and it was dinnertime, so she stayed. 🙂 We are glad that she is home!

M's book report group may have finished their project today. Yahoo! A's met today and is meeting again here on Saturday. Hopefully they are in the home stretch too.

Imogene saved the day in a big way by getting a large stain out of the couch cushion. As I told Daddy, I almost didn't come home from work because I knew the mood he was in when he discovered it (he came home early from work to pick up A from her meeting).

We got evaluations from the girls' Sunday School teacher. Here they are:

"Alexa was a pleasure to have in the class this year.  She was always very eager to participate and contribute to the class discussion.  She was a great team player and also a leader.  She worked well with others, including the students she knew well and the students she got to know better through the class.  I could always count on her to be excited about the class and the lesson.  I look forward to seeing her in the fall."

"Maddie was a pleasure to have in the clas this year.  She has a maturity about her that was always appreciated.  She is a natural leader and also had the ability make other students feel at ease.  She was always a willing participant in all class activities, and her success this year was demonstrated by the successful final project.  I look forward to seeing her next fall."

They also got evaluations from their Hebrew School teacher – gimmels (3 out of 4) on mastery and fuency  and dalets (4 out of 4) for homework and community.

Almost. Friday.
