Oh man do I have a lot of updates.
First let’s start with A.
She finished her last exam today, is doing an extra credit essay (?!), and is OFFICIALLY DONE TOMORROW. She graduates on Thursday! We are flying out on Wednesday night and we are very excited.
Last week was a very big week for her. She 1) turned 22; and 2) WON THE VALEDICTORIAN AWARD FROM THE SCHOOL OF DRAMATIC ARTS. Highest GPA. She knew she was winning an award, but didn’t know which one. Such a big deal, and we are so proud of her.
She has been going out a lot, seeing friends, and doing very well on senior projects and finals.
Graduation photo:

That is a personalized shirt that says “Last crawl before we walk” and has her baby photo on it. She picked the pic.

Here is just one of the parties:

We also got to hear some of her voiceover reel and it was amazing. I am sure there will be many many more pics taken this week which I will post!
Now to M.
M ALSO turned 22 last week, and she is now deep in finals which has been miserable. She has done very well on some of her papers and exams and has gotten very good feedback from her professors. I think she is really ready to be done with the year and come home for the summer. She will meet us in LA on Wednesday night.
Hope collected 22 letters from people who love M for her birthday, which was a lovely surprise. Here are some pics of M with friends on her birthday:

So, so excited to have M home for the summer.
We don’t know much about M’s whereabouts the last few days. Sometimes she sends us time lapses of her studying, which are entertaining bc sometimes she falls asleep. But she is really working very hard.
OH ALSO M IS NOW GOING TO BE A PRINCETON TIGER!!! SHE WILL BE ONE OF THE FEW PEOPLE IN THE TIGER MASCOT UNIFORM!! She manifested it in 2023.

Meanwhile, she is still the Rocky Squirrel.

AND FINALLY, N!
N is in the home stretch at school. He has a lot of tests and projects and work right now, including the 8th grade chemistry Sludge project. He is sadly missing some fun stuff this week (band contest and trip to Kings Dominion, and chorus concert), but he is excited for A’s graduation and also hoping that we might run into some Survivor people at the airport in LA, as they will be flying in for the finale.
He has been playing lots of baseball, both for Storm Chasers and for GDS middle school. There have been some great wins and some heartbreaking losses, as well as some very questionable coaching behavior. (“Tenping! How many pitches? QUICK!”). It was nice to celebrate Mother’s Day with N yesterday (we had dinner with Grandma Sandy at Buck’s), and we went to Kate’s Saturday night where she took these pics:

In other exciting news, N went to a Nats game with Alex – and no parents – and took the metro down without us. A big deal. (Nats lost but he had fun).

OH – N and I went to a book reading last weekend and met Rob Cesternino! The host of Rob Has A Podcast and author of a new book about Survivor. It was a great event. We also saw Fishbach again. (And N went to another Nats game right afterwards and took the metro home alone with Jake.)

And Tuvana came to N’s game on Friday night:

So like usual N’s life has been dominated by baseball and Survivor.
OK, math homework is calling.
