It has been a busy week for N here!
First, he had the first day of 8th grade. He likes most of his teachers (except his Spanish teacher, who is “old”). He’s doing Cross-Country for his fall sport, and otherwise we haven’t gotten much info out of him. Curriculum Night is Thursday so hopefully we will get more details then.
N has also joined a B-CC Select team, the Storm Chasers. We are so happy that it worked out. He will be on this team in the fall and the spring. His first game was Friday and they lost, but they won today. N has been playing RF and 2B. This league plays in the Shirley Povich stadium, which is very cool.
He’s also starting tennis lessons this week, which will hopefully be fun too.
Also – he finally got a phone!
The girls had busy weekends too from what we’ve heard. More on them next post.
