Here are some highlights from this week!
A is in a short film called Nuns With Guns. Today she had a costume fitting and a screen test. Here are some pics she sent us:
Now she is watching the Emmys at Jill’s house.
N had a baseball weekend. He went to a Nats game yesterday with some friends and played in two Storm Chaser games. They split the bill with a W today and an L on Friday. He had a particularly beautiful line drive today which was sadly caught by the other team’s shortstop.
We also had Curriculum Night at GDS on Thursday. We really liked meeting N’s teachers and hearing about what he’s learning. I think he’s going to have a good year. Also – funny enough, his English teacher who I had just met came into the bookstore this morning. We had an educator event where teachers could come and shop, and she came in with her wife and baby. Nate got a kick out of that.
I don’t really know what M was up to this weekend but she did send us this pic:
Looks like some sort of White Party at Ivy.
